Before your appointment

• Please come to your appointment with clean hair to ensure your service goes accordingly.

• If you are feeling unwell and may be contagious, please reschedule your appointment as it is important to us that our team and other clients are healthy and safe.

• Take into consideration that our team of independent contractors have their own policies and cancellation fees in place to protect their business, we ask that you respect and understand them.

• If you can, please take your appointment time to be kid-free to ensure the safety of your little ones.

• It is always helpful to have inspiration photos to reference at your appointment, please bring these photos with you to show to your service provider.

During your appointment

• When you arrive please help yourself to the coffee & wine bar!

• Please arrive on time and respect the allotted service time scheduled so we can best service you!

• If you need to use the restroom ask anyone and we will gladly guide you to the facilities.

• Please make us aware of any allergies or conditions you may have so we can accommodate accordingly to avoid any accidents/injuries.

• At the end of your service we take pride in confidence, please let us know of any changes that need to be made before leaving the salon.

• Lastly, we encourage our guests to schedule their following appointment at the end of your service to avoid last minute scheduling that may result in no availability of the requested date.
